the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s

make-up of the population)?
Choose the best candidate for the job
regardless of sex and please remember humans cannot change sex.

sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

9. Original birth certificate should be
supplied this should stop any confusion.
Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the
Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Cost and time are the barriers apart from the
fact there nearly 100 genders apparently which makes your proposals
unworkable.

Bill?
Financial loss, loss of employees time working
on this proposal which is unworkable.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
Total waste of time and money.
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
This bill does nothing for fairness,
transparity and the protection of womenor girls. It takes
away our rights

competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European
Convention on Human Rights?
This takes away from the ECHR as written to
mean sex at birth.
Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the
legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the
Bill?
Your actions devalue the female words, sport,
safe places, values and opportunities and is regressive and
misogynistic. An insult to women
Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about
the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related
matters?
Stop wasting money, you seem incapable of
handling & fixing the big issues such as NHS, Education, bring
investment and jobs to Wales. It seems you have made the soul
purpose of the Senedd to do anything but the jobs you are paid to
do.
Anything else?
Stop wasting time & money and carry out
the will of the welsh people.
